 RAGDEVGRU

militibus facimus (forging warriors)

SpecOps Outdoors is a one-of-a-kind group experience that challenges every individual and group as they tackle realistic small unit missions against an opposition force throughout a 34-square mile private ranch in Northwest Colorado.  During this experience, each individual will learn leadership skills, communication, small unit tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs), and teamwork while working with the local indigenous forces to conduct small unit missions against the opposition force.  RAGDEVGRU has 20 expertly taught interchangeable modules that can be delivered to fit the needs of each group (see available curriculum).  The beautiful aspen and pine filled valleys and mountains are deceiving and add to the challenges of each mission.

Execution

Each team of up to ten people will fly into Yampa Valley Regional Airport where they will be picked up by an RNL representative (SOA).  From there each team will be transported to their North or South RNL location where they will be headquartered at.  The first day at the ranch will be in-briefs, scene setters, rules of engagement, safety, gear issue and training.  After the first day, admin day, the scenario is set and everything, including the POW camp is at play.  You do not want to be caught behind enemy lines.
